Claire + Keegan

From the beginning, Claire + Keegan wanted a lively wedding with rich colors, personal details, and plenty of floral. The end result was beyond anything we could have imagined!

We started designing the couple's Omaha celebration with a fall color palette that welcomed the use of texture, metals, and locally-sourced floral. Dahlias anchored the personal flowers, with small trees and other greenery adding depth to the reception floral. The bridesmaids wore various shades of green to make the orange, rust, and yellow tones pop. Intermixed with the many natural elements were surpisingly modern touches such as acrylic chiavari chairs and a string light canopy over the head table.

Claire + Keegan were smiles all day long, despite the rain and cold temperatures that threated to derail any outdoor photos. The bride & groom made the best of it, posing with their dogs under a clear umbrella and utilizing the West Omaha ceremony venue's porte cochere for their first look.

After a traditional Catholic ceremony, guests moved to the Diamond Room, an industrial venue located in the north part of Downtown Omaha. Our aim was to turn the space into a colorful, electic backdrop for dinner + dancing. The couple was involved in the design + production process from the start. Naturally crafty + handy, the couple took many of our team's concepts and turned them into a reality. Keegan and Claire met on Hinge, so naturally we had to incorporate a nod to the beginning of their relationship. Together we created a custom escort display that revealed guest names + table assignments behind a small (use guessed it!) hinged door. A topographical map of Platte River State Park, a location important to their story, was printed on custom bandanas that served as napkins (and were later repurposed by some guests as headbands on the dance floor). We designed custom bookmarks for guests that doubled as escort cards.

The day couldn't have been more perfect for this incredible couple. We're honored to have been part of their celebration.
